Rory Knight  is an elite fitness expert who is internationally renowned for his unique style of motivation and innovative training techniques. He is a Global Master Trainer for Technogym and is extremely passionate about helping people to maximise their potential.

Rory is fortunate enough to count professional athletes, as well as A-list celebrities amongst his clientele, but prides himself on his ability to build and nurture relationships to bring out the best in everyone.

 

Omar Mansour has trained under Great Britain coaches as an 800m athlete himself and is ready to unleash your inner athlete! He brings a wealth of experience and technical knowledge as a Running Coach and specialist in his field. A familiar face within the running community you most likely have seen his face around! 

Over the years, he has worked alongside some of the worlds’ leading running brands such as Nike and Lululemon and helped many runners achieve their full potential. He believes that regardless of age, experience or background everyone has the ability to train like an athlete!

Meet the Team

 

Runners meet Luke. One of our newest additions to the coaching team. Here’s a few things about this specimen of a man :

Question: What’s your favourite race?

“It’s definitely a marathon distance and I’m set to accomplish a sub 2:40”

Question: What’s your best post run snack?

“It has to be eggs and avo on bagel”

A few things you may not know about Luke, as well as being a qualified personal trainer and run coach Luke is a talented actor and dancer. He qualified to represent the UK in the world hip hop championships with his crew UMA!


If you’ve seen Poppy around then you know she has this infectiously good energy. BUT don’t be fooled by that smile. When she has her coaching hat on she’s a savage! Here’s a few things you perhaps didn’t know about this legend.

 Question: What do you love about running?

“I love the shared joy running brings and how it gets people together”

 Question: What do you find challenging about running?

 “Everything 😂! The mental battle running brings is what I find hardest. Batting off the negative thoughts and trusting your body to lead you on. Mind over matter”

 Question: What’s your favourite dldistance to Run?

“ 1 Mile”

 Questions: What’s your favourite post workout snack?

 “Protein Pancakes”

 And you may not know that Poppy spent four years professional dance training at Bird College and LIPA (founded by sir Paul McCartney). Her first dance job, Poppy performed in the cultural Olympics at 14 years old which was a 2 year process!
