Right now our mission is to keep you moving and motivated. So at Track Life Ldn we have a challenge for you 👀

The challenge consists of logging 30 miles ‪all before June 3rd 2020‬, for a chance to win 2 pairs of UA HOVR™️ runnin Fresh week and we are back with another interval session that will have you feeling EPIC 💥

Tag a friend and get stuck in 🔥 Give this 8 exercise circuit a try to work on your strength & endurance away from the road or track. 4 supersets, back to back within 1 circuit. Work for 45 seconds (unless stated) & recover for 15 seconds between each move. Aim for 3-5 round These 3 drills are the perfect blend of stability & spice. Perform at the end of your warmup, to really amp up your CNS (central nervous system) before you tackle your speed session
